Made from polyester-cotton blend broadcloth. Cut on a full circle with an adjustable elastic waistband to allow for growth. Slip length includes 1-inch cotton eyelet edging.  Underskirt's are sized in INCHES measured from the waist to the knee.  The waistband is elastic and can be folded over to last a little longer!

All costumes meet the strict SOBHD regulations and are reviewed by teachers and judges prior to production.
